You all had great weather for that run. That was also when I decided to do a Century ride on my own. I have always loved the energy and "team" experience at Jay's marathons, and since I lost my sister to Leukemia it just didn't feel "right" to not do an event of my own. Thanks for all that you do as a mentor. Jay is now a coach for our marathoners in South Charlotte, and so I know that you all do a lot that is never really noticed by the participants! I sent your blog onto Jay as well, I am sure he will enjoy following along and getting information (such as the Clif bar recall) from it.
